flow connector

Connect flow's schedules, tasks, projects, posts, and org data to AI apps like ChatGPT and Claude — query and act on your work in natural language. Just ask the way you normally would: "summarize my deadlines this week", "add a task to this project".

How to connect

1. Add flow from the connector settings in your AI app (Claude or ChatGPT).
2. Click "Connect" — you'll be redirected to flow to log in.
3. Log in with your flow account and authorize access. That's it.

No admin or developer seat required. Any flow member can connect.

What you can do

• Plan your day — "What should I focus on today? Summarize my tasks due this week and recent schedules."
• Project status at a glance — "List the tasks in the [project] project and flag anything overdue or unassigned."
• Catch up on your team — "Summarize what the [team] team has been working on — posts, schedules, and task updates."
• Create work from a conversation — "Create a task 'API spec review' in [project] and assign it to [person], due this Friday."
• Search across everything — "Find everything about 'Q3 launch' — tasks, posts, schedules, and votes."
• Check the org chart — "Who's on the product team, and what projects are they working on right now?"

Permissions & security

• The connector only works within what you can already access in flow. It never exposes data you couldn't see before.
• It can view and create schedules, tasks, projects, posts, and org information.
• Conversation content and work payloads are not stored on the server (used only while handling your request).
• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
